We are...
So passionate about our creations that we even mill most of the timber ourselves. The milled slabs are then stacked in a purpose built drying shed, each slab is filleted, this creates an air cavity allowing each piece of timber to dry evenly. We leave the wood to dry for approximately 18-36 months (variable on wood type). The kiln is the next place for the almost dry slabs. The time spent in the kiln is approximately 6-12 weeks. The kiln finishes the drying process to perfection.
The timber is ready.
Mother nature’s intentions will become tangible in our workshop over the next 6 weeks........
This drying process is the foundation for the guarantee that each piece of handcrafted furniture comes with. So we can be 100% sure that it really is nothing short of perfect
